1. Acceptance and operator

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of cookglo.top and related business communication channels operated under the Cookglo and Shine's Kitchen names by Guangdong Changfeng Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd.

By using the website or contacting us through a connected channel, you agree to these Terms. If you act for an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to do so. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Website and product information

Website content is provided for general business information. Product images, dimensions, output, materials, certifications, availability, and other specifications may change or vary by market and configuration.

You must confirm all material specifications, intended use, local standards, voltage, installation conditions, and regulatory requirements in the final quotation, technical document, or signed contract before purchase.

3. Enquiries and quotations

Submitting an enquiry does not create an obligation to sell or buy. Unless a quotation states otherwise, it is an invitation to negotiate and may be revised or withdrawn before an order is formally accepted.

Prices, currencies, taxes, duties, freight, insurance, payment terms, Incoterms, lead time, packaging, and quotation validity are governed by the applicable written quotation or contract. Exchange rates, freight costs, raw-material prices, and regulatory changes may affect final terms.

4. Orders, delivery, and after-sales matters

An order becomes binding only when accepted in the manner stated in the relevant contract, pro forma invoice, or other written confirmation. The specific transaction documents govern payment, production, inspection, delivery, title, risk, installation, commissioning, warranty, returns, and after-sales support.

You are responsible for providing accurate technical and delivery information and for ensuring that importation, installation, and use of the products comply with laws and standards at the destination, except to the extent a signed contract expressly assigns a responsibility to us.

If these Terms conflict with an accepted quotation or signed contract, that transaction document controls for the relevant order.

5. Electronic and WhatsApp communications

When you contact us electronically, you consent to receive replies through the channel you used or another business contact method you supplied. We may send enquiry responses, quotation follow-ups, order updates, customer support, and—where permitted—relevant marketing communications.

You can opt out of marketing by replying STOP on WhatsApp or contacting us. Opting out does not prevent messages necessary to answer an active request or perform a transaction. Standard carrier or data charges may apply.

WhatsApp, Meta, email providers, and other third-party services operate under their own terms. We are not responsible for their independent availability, security, or processing practices.
