Data Deletion Instructions

1. How to submit a deletion request

You may also request deletion within an existing business conversation, but email is recommended because it provides a clear record and helps us route the request securely.

2. What to include

Provide only the minimum information needed to locate your records:

• your name and company, if applicable;
• the email address or WhatsApp number used to contact us;
• an enquiry, quotation, or order reference, if available; and
• a short description of the information you want deleted.

Do not email passwords, one-time codes, full payment-card details, or unnecessary identity documents. If identity verification is required, we will explain the minimum additional information needed.

3. What happens next

1. We acknowledge and review the request.
2. We may ask for limited information to verify your identity and protect against fraudulent or unauthorised deletion.
3. We search systems reasonably connected with the relevant interaction and delete or de-identify eligible personal information.
4. We aim to complete a valid request within 30 days. If applicable law allows or requires more time, we will explain the extension.
5. We confirm completion or explain any information that must be retained.

4. Information we may need to retain

Deletion is subject to applicable law. We may retain limited information where reasonably necessary to:

• complete a transaction or provide support you requested;
• meet tax, accounting, customs, export, sanctions, or other legal duties;
• establish, exercise, or defend legal claims;
• prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents; or
• record and respect an opt-out or deletion request.

Backup copies may remain for a limited period until they are securely overwritten under normal retention cycles. Retained information will not be used for unrelated purposes.

5. WhatsApp, Meta, and other third-party data

We can act on information held in systems we control. WhatsApp, Meta, email providers, browsers, and other third parties may independently retain or process information under their own policies. To delete information from a third-party account or platform, you may also need to use that provider's privacy controls or contact that provider directly.

Deleting a message or conversation from your device does not necessarily delete copies held by other participants or platform providers.
